Bank transfer to the owner directly or as agreed from 1 week prior to the arrival date up to 48 hours after the guest’s arrival.

Welcome guests
Available on the Florence area.

  • Reception of the guest or self-check-in setting
  • Registration of the presence, city tax and monthly stats
  • Assistance during the stay
  • Check-out at the end of the stay and inspection of the property

Cleaning and Linen Management
Available on the Florence area.

Social Marketing and Communication

Promotion of registered properties through our Social channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr), Social advertising, Mailing list in Italian or English.

Professional photo shooting or promotional video on YouTube where agreed.

How does it work?

We mediate your request with the owner’s offer, payment for your stay, correspondence until booking confirmation.

You will receive the owner’s contact details upon booking confirmation, but we remain available for any further information.
